Product Description

The King’s Park is situated south of the River Clyde in largest city, Glasgow. Also known as the second city of the Empire, Glasgow was famous for its shipyards and shipbuilding. Many of the ships that moored on the Clyde would take whisky to fat flung places around the world. While the telltale noises of the shipyards have swindled the whisky making and blending remains an important part of the area and if the wind is right, the gentle waft of golden grain can be picked up from inside the King’s Park. At the edge of the tranquil park the occasional tune from bagpipes, songs and shouts of “Scotland” can be heard. This is Hampden, home of the national football team.
